From Maidenhead Highstreet. 10 miles about 21 minutes.

Head east on High Street toward Market Street. Turn right at St Ives Road and another right at York Road. Take a slight left at Queen Street then left at A308/King Street continue to follow King Street and then take a slight right at A308/Grenfell Road. Continue to follow A308 until the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4/Castle Hill. Continue to follow A4, through 3 roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Henley Road. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A4130/Henley Road. Continue to follow A4130 over the bridge. Turn left at Thames Side Continue on Station Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4155/Reading Road. Continue for half a mile and turn left at Newtown Road.

From M40. 20 miles about 33 minutes.

Head west on M40 for 7 miles.At junction 5, exit toward Stokenchurch/A40 Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Ibstone and merge onto Ibstone Road after 2 miles. Continue on Chiltern Cottages, take a slight right and then turn left toward Holloway Lane after half a mile.Turn left at Holloway Lane and then turn right after 1 mile. Turn right at Shogmoor Lane. Next turn right at A4155. Stay on A4155 for 1 mile. Turn left at A4130/Northfield End and continue to follow A4130. Turn left at A4130/New Street and continue to follow A4130. Continue on Thames Side and then on Station Road.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4155/Reading Road and half a mile turn left at Newtown Road .

From Radcliffe Infirmary, Oxford via Crowmarsh Roundabout near Watlington. 26 miles about 50 minutes.

Turn right on A4144/Woodstock Road continue to follow A4144 for 1 mile and turn left at A4144/Park End Street. Continue to follow A4144 for 2 miles and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4074/Southern Bypass Road. Continue to follow A4074, go through 5 roundabouts for 11 and a half miles.
At Crowmarsh Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A4130/Crowmarsh Hill. Go thhrough 1 roundabout. Turn left at A4130/New Street.Continue to follow A4130 on to Thames Side. Continue on Station Road.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4155/Reading Road. Turn left at Newtown Road.

From Wycombe General Hospital, High Wycombe via Marlow. 13 miles about 30 minutes.

Turn right on to Queen Alexandra Road. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A40.and thne take the 2nd exit onto A404/Marlow Hill Continue to follow A404 through 1 roundabout for 3 miles. Take the A4155 exit toward Marlow/Bourne End. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A4155/Little Marlow Rd and continue to follow A4155. Go through 2 roundabouts The third roundabout is central Marlow.
Head southwest on A4155/Spittal St toward Morris Place. Continue to follow A4155 through 2 roundabouts. Take a slight left to stay on A4155, followed by a slight right to stay on A4155 and another slight right to stay on A4155. Turn left at A4130/Northfield End and continue to follow A4130. Turn left at A4130/New Street follow A4130. Continue on Thames Side a follow the river onto Station Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4155/Reading Road. Turn left at Newtown Raod.

From exit 11 M4, Reading. 11 miles about 23 minutes.

Head east on Exit 11. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A33/Reading Relief Road heading to Reading. Go through 4 roundabouts for 3 miles and take a slight left at A329. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4155/Caversham Road. Continue to follow A4155 go through 1 roundabout. Turn left at A4155/Prospect Strett. Continue to follow A4155 through 2 roundabouts. After six miles turn right at Newtown Road.
